Description
Guide Review - Razer Lachesis Gaming Mouse ReviewRazers latest gaming mouse is called the Razer Lachesis. Its most notable feature is the 4000 dpi sensitivity rating achieved without the use of software. The sensitivity is adjustable on-the-fly as well and all levels in increments of 125 dpi up to the full 4000 dpi are achieved without software. The Lachesis also has 32kb of onboard memory as well that allows you to store game specific profiles for use on systems without having to install drivers. The Lachesis has nine independently programmable buttons and uses the Razer synapse software for programming the buttons. The design of the mouse is ambidextrous so any gamer can use the mouse. Other features include 1000Hz Ultrapolling and always-on mode so there is never a problem with lag. Gaming with the Lachesis at 4000 dpi is fantastic for gamers who like lots of sensitivity and the mouse is very accurate even at full resolution. The Lachesis is comfortable in the hand and the buttons are located well for easy access. The left side buttons fall right where I like to rest my fingers when gaming though they are virtually impossible to activate accidentally. The right side buttons were a bit hard for me to activate due to their location. I also found the Lachesis to be great for general computer work. The high sensitivity makes it easy to mouse in a tight space and the accuracy is great for photo editing and other work tasks. The Lachesis is a fantastic gaming mouse and one of the best overall mice you will find. Related Guide PicksLogitech G9 Laser Mouse ReviewOCZ Equalizer Gaming Mouse Review |
