Description
Guide Review - Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 Gaming Mouse ReviewThe Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 shares many of the same features as Razers other gaming mice like the Lachesis. The Boomslang has 32kb of onboard memory for saving game profiles. The mouse also features the Razer Always-On mode and 1000Hz Ultrapolling with a 1ms response time to reduce lag. Sensitivity can be adjusted on the fly while gaming and the Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 can withstand 15g of acceleration and read 60 to 120 inches per second. The Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 is limited to 10,000 units worldwide. Gaming with the Razer Boomslang Collector's Edition 2007 is good. I am used to high sensitivity gaming mice like the Lachesis and the Logitech G9 so the 1800 dpi wasnt what I want in a mouse. The Boomslang is very accurate and gamers preferring optical mice and large hand movements when gaming will love the Boomslang. The mouse uses a rounded design on the front with the two main buttons and a narrower rear section. In the middle of the mouse are two side buttons. The right side button is positioned exactly where your thumb falls when using the mouse. I found that the location makes the button very easy to hit accidentally. The buttons on the mouse are programmable as well for customization to your needs. |
