Description
Guide Review - Mountainsmith Associate Briefcase & Laptop BagFeatures & Use of the The Mountainsmith Associate Briefcase When I look for a laptop bag, I want to be sure it has enough room for my laptop and the accessories I need for a busy day. The Mountainsmith Associate Briefcase has enough room allowing a snug fit for my 15.4 Acer TravelMate 4404 WLMi as well as its power adapter, my mobile mouse and a thin keyboard like the Logitech diNovo line. All the gear needed for the laptop fits neatly into the main compartment that is padded with ¼ foam to protect the notebook computer. In front of the laptop compartment is another compartment that has two soft corduroy lined Velcro closure pouches for your MP3 player and your cell phone. There is also a business card pocket in this area as well as a zippered mesh pouch plus pen and pencil holders. On the very front of the Mountainsmith Associate Briefcase there is another smaller zippered compartment that has six smaller pouches inside as well as a snap lock keying to secure your keys. The right side of the bag has a Velco closure compartment for cell phones and the left side has a mesh pocket that could hold a small bottled water. The shoulder strap isnt as well padded as some other laptop bags on the market, but it is comfortable and Mountiansmith also included a sturdy pair of handles for carrying as well when your shoulder gets tired. The rear of the bag has a handle pass through to allow you to secure the Mountainsmith Associate Briefcase to a rolling carry-on type bag as well as a pouch ideal for boarding passes. Overall, the Associate is a good laptop bag that mobile users will find well suited to life on the road. |
