The words Mac and video games may not commonly go together in the same sentence, but there are some gamers out there who like to play on a Mac computer. Some gaming mice aren’t designed to work with Mac computers and to remedy this Razer has announced its first Mac gaming mouse.
The Razer DeathAdder Mac Edition has the same features the Windows version of the mouse has. The 1800dpi 3G infrared sensor is plenty accurate for the majority of gamers. You can get lots more sensitivity on other Razer mice, like the Lachesis. The DeathAdder Mac edition is a right handed design and has 1000Hz ultrapolling and a 1ms response time.
Other features include five programmable buttons, Always-on mode, and the ability to withstand 60-120 inches per second and 15G of acceleration. I am surprised that Razer didn’t make the Mac edition of the DeathAdder white (usually a requirement for Mac accessories). The price for the DeathAdder Mac Edition is $59.99.
