Pogo Sketch Touchpad Stylus Opens Your Horizons

Sunday December 21, 2008
Pogo Sketch Touchpad Stylus

The Pogo Sketch stylus from Ten One Designs is designed for use with any standard touchpad -- be it on a laptop computer like the Macbook Air, or a touchscreen cell phone or pocket PC such as the iPhone.

The objective is to turn your touchpad into a tablet for writing or drawing using something like an iPhone drawing application or an illustration program on your PC. It has a soft, easily-sliding tip designed to replace your finger, which anyone who's tried to draw in Adobe flash or Illustrator without a stylus will tell you can be easily frustrating. But buying a professional tablet peripheral from a company like Wacom can get extremely expensive. The Pogo Sketch bridges that divide.

Trying to lure those winter holiday shoppers, Ten One adds in their product description "Wear gloves in the winter? We do. With an iPhone, the stylus allows you to answer calls and surf the web all while keeping your hands toasty." At a mere $14.95, it's not a bad deal for a replacement finger.
